This is me and my good friend Micaiah. (No,that's us! Really.) She finally learned to embrace her inner blonde, and I got yet another opportunity to display my inner monarch, the Marie Antoinette most of you never had the privilege of meeting. . .

Actually, when Marie finally got beheaded, I think it was a blessing in disguise. Do you know how hard it is to achieve that look? And it's very heavy. A literal pain in the neck. This is what the back looks like. Many thanks to Micaiah for helping me build it! :-)

Two words: Hairspray. (Or is that one word?) We also used tons and tons ob bobby pins. Trying to get it all out was a nightmare! (See below.)
