Being able to share Jesus with your best friend: Priceless
Sleepovers can be amazing. Lately God's chosen to work through me a bit in my friends’ lives. When somebody asks you a question, and you realize, Hey, I actually know what I'm talking about! it can be quite the high. Don't get me wrong; I take no credit for anything I say right—when that happens it's totally a 'God thing'. (When I screw it up though, then yeah, that's yours truly.)
Ok, at this point I figure only a couple people will bother reading this, and those people I trust. So I’m just gonna be honest. Lately I've not been working very hard at reading my Bible, and just making time to learn about God. Let’s face it, its so much easier to spend that half hour before bed messing around online, or listening to music. But when something like this happens, I really feel the need to study, to push myself. I know that I'm neither smart nor persuasive nor eloquent, but I also know that my God invented those words, and that if He needs me He'll use me. And if and when he decides to, I want to be as prepared as I can be.
In the meantime, I think I need to go review ;-)
